REGISTRATION &

TUITION POLICY

QUICK OVERVIEW

Registration & Tuition

  • Annual registration: $25 (due every July and upon sign-up for new/returning dancers after 4+ months).

  • Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and is processed via automatic payment only.

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least two weeks before the 1st. Late requests may not be processed in time.

  • Tuition secures a dancer’s spot in class, even during absences. If tuition is paused for vacations or breaks, re-enrollment is not guaranteed if the class reaches capacity.

  • No refunds or credits for missed classes, vacations, or dropped classes after payment.

  • Tuition Policy – 4-Week Month Structure

Monthly tuition is calculated based on a four-week month. Months containing a fifth week are provided at no additional charge and are considered bonus classes. These additional classes are intended to offset scheduled studio closures, including but not limited to holidays, seasonal breaks, recital picture days, and rehearsals.

    Class Policies

  • Attendance matters! Missing a full month without communication will result in removal from classes.

  • No make-up classes for student absences.

  • If a class is canceled due to an instructor's absence, a make-up lesson will be scheduled.

  • Classes with fewer than three students may be shortened or canceled.

Refunds & Payments

  • All payments are final. No refunds or credits on tuition, fees, merchandise, or costumes.

  • Left over/forgotten items must be picked up within 30 days or they will be considered a donation to the studio.

Safety & Photo Release

  • Dance involves physical risks. Participation acknowledges and accepts these risks.

  • Injured students may be asked to observe class and may require a doctor’s note to return.

  • Dancers may be photographed for studio promotions. If you do not want your child to be included in photos, a photo release opt-out form is available upon request.

Studio Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected from dancers and parents. Disruptions will not be tolerated.

  • Observers must remain quiet and not distract students or instructors.

  • The back viewing area is a dancers quiet zone only. Conversations and snacks should be kept in the front lobby.

  • Young children in the lobby must be supervised. No running, yelling, or playing against walls/windows.
