MISS CANDICE’S DANCE CENTER

REGISTRATION / POLICIES

Registration & Tuition Policy

Annual registration for dancers (or a dancer returning after 4 + months break) is $25 every July and/or at time of sign-up. Tuition is due by the 1st of each month and tuition is due by automatic payment only (2 week notice required for any cancellation of tuition). Any payments received after the 1st of the month will incur a $25 late fee. Any dropped classes after tuition is made will not be refunded or credited. Missed tuition for a full month will result in removal from classes (including vacations). Re-enrollment will not be granted until all debts (including late fees) are paid in full. NO exceptions. Classes may be shortened or canceled based on low enrollment of 3 students or less at studios discretion.

Make-Up Class Policy

There are NO Make-Up lessons or Pro-rated tuition for missed classes by student absence or vacation. Tuition secures a dancers spot in class. If “in studio” classes cannot be conducted due to studio cancelation or other, Zoom classes or a scheduled make up lesson will take in effect and will be used in place of “in person instruction” and counted as normal attendance.

Refunds/Credits

Tuition, Registration, Merchandise, Recital Fees, Ticket Fees, Costume Fees, and any additional costs throughout the year are non refundable and no credits are given. All transactions and sales are considered final sale. Any items purchased and/ or ordered, will be available for 30 days at time of arrival for pick up. After 30 days if product an/or items are not claimed, it will be considered a donation and property of Miss Candice’s Dance Center and will be left to the dance studio to decide how items are handled. If a dancer is absent for four consecutive weeks from classes, events and/or communication, the studio will attempt to contact the dance family via email or phone calls. Any unanswered emails and/or phone calls from the dance family after 3 attempts by the studio will be considered a drop from our records and all items or balances will become donations and property of Miss Candice’s Dance Center. If at anytime Miss Candice’s Dance Center cannot hold in person classes and or events, Zoom will take in effect. There will be no credits, refunds, or holds if decided to not participate in virtual experiences.
